THE KATINA WOODRUFF CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION
Joe White is an ambassador for the Katina Woodruff Children's Foundation, this is a not-for-profit foundation that works with refugee children coming from all over the world including Afghanistan, Iran, China, India, Burundi, Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea and many more.
The Foundation assists with recovery from traumatic immigration experiences to help the children and their families transition into the Australian way of life. The foundation was set up by Katina Woodruff-Roberts who is a child Anthropologist that has dedicated her whole life to finding new ways to help affected children.
This foundation is very close to Joe white's heart as he believes "Kids are innocent and they are our future - we all need to play our part to help and guide them".
Joe himself first immigrated to Australia 20 years ago as a refugee with his family and he understands the struggles of the transition. To donate to this foundation and help it continue to reach as many children as possible please click the link below or go to Facebook.com/tkwcf and hit donate.
Joe White would like to thank you from the bottom of his heart for all your help and support - nothing truly great is achieved alone.
